1. Hardware requirements:
The program can be executed on any system with a programmable graphics 
card equipped with > 1GB of memory. It has been evaluated with Intel(R) 
Core(TM)2 Duo CPU GeForce GT220M GPU (laptop), Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo E7500 
2.936GHz GeForce GT240 GPU (desktop), and Mac OS X High Sierra (10.13)  

2. Software requirements:
Both for Mac OS (>= 10.13) and MS Windows (>= 10, 64 bits), uncompress the executable program and run it.

On Linux, the pre-compiled executable programs have been linked using 
Ubuntu 16.04, gcc (ubuntu 5.4.0) and Nvidi Driver Version 384.130 
(OpenGL > 4.0).

3. Datasets
They must be in DICOM or NIfTI format.
